High School Students

Are you a high school student beginning to search for colleges? In our experience, we’ve learned that it can be hard to get a grasp on what type of college or university experience will suit you best. The Next Step will help students like you gain deeper insight into your personal learning and living styles. This will help you uncover clues as to what type of collegiate environment would provide the most successful experience for you. You will be able to answer questions like:

• Do I want a small school or a big school?
• Are there college majors offered that I would like?
• Am I interested in the extra-curricular activities available?
• Would Greek life interest me?
• Am I a person who works better in a small group or a large one?
• Do I want to participate in more personal discussions or do I prefer the “lecture” format?

The assessment tools and review session will help you uncover your personal style, personality type and interests; all of which will provide greater self knowledge which will help you, the student, direct your college search in the most effective manner possible.
